Pepsi(Secondary)(Manufacturers)- 526 665- I would build here as there is a lot of space for building and it is quite central so my product could easily be distributed throughout the city. Also it is near a busy main road and a motorway. As well as this there is a large workforce based nearby in areas such as Dean Park. The airport is also close meaning that my product could easily be distributed across the country. Unfortunately this land would be very expensive.

McDonalds(Tertiary)(Services)- 599 658- I would build here as, although the land is very expensive, I would make lots of sales as it's right next to the University. Also, it is easily accessible for employees as there is a main road nearby and a large train station.
